These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dhrivian.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make from it. By browsing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
In these Terms, "Dhrivian", "we" and "us" mean Dhrivian, operated by Parikshit Navgire, F-505, Marvel Ideal Spacio, Jagdambha Bhavan, Undri, Pune 411060, Maharashtra, India (GSTIN: 27AKZPN7931L1Z3). "You" means the person using the Store or placing an order.
1. Who can use the Store
You must be 18 or older, or use the Store under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information at checkout.
2. Products and print-on-demand
Every t-shirt is printed to order after you purchase it. Colours on screen and in mockups can differ slightly from the printed fabric, and small variations in print placement are normal. Please check the centimetre size chart on the product page before ordering. We try to describe and display products accurately but cannot guarantee that every description or image is free of errors.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Shipping within India is free. Any COD fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment partners. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- We may change prices, run offers and withdraw products at any time. A price change does not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
4. Order acceptance and cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send it to print. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as a payment failure, suspected fraud, an undeliverable address, a stock or printing problem, or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the full amount.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping policy and Refund policy are part of these Terms. Please read them before you buy. In short, we replace or refund wrong, damaged and defective items, and we accept returns and one size exchange within 7 days of delivery if the tee is unworn, undamaged and has its tags attached. Return shipping is ₹60. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text, logos, photographs and other content on the Store belong to Dhrivian or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, print, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a t-shirt gives you ownership of that item only, not of the design on it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Store. This includes trying to interfere with its operation or security, using bots or scrapers without permission, placing fraudulent orders, abusing returns or refund processes, or using the Store for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts or restrict options such as Cash on Delivery where we see misuse.
8. Reviews and content you send us
If you post a review, photo or message to us, you confirm that it is yours to share and that it is lawful and not misleading. You give us permission to display it on the Store and our social channels. We may remove content that is abusive, unlawful or unrelated.
9. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier or network disruption, natural events and government action. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under law, or your rights as a consumer.
11. Third-party links and services
The Store may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment partners and couriers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply to you when you use them.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the date of your order applies to that order.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. Subject to your rights as a consumer to approach any competent consumer commission, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
